If analytics are too difficult for the team to understand, they will not use them. Many programs we’ve used in the past were difficult to interpret.
Our team has been using Dental Intelligence for the last couple of months and the results have been amazing. The team works off of the task list per position, making it easy for the doctors to track progress and look for potential coaching opportunities. The analytics do not lie!
After setting up the software, it will track tasks and results of individual team members. The hygiene team is tracked by the number of patients leaving with their next recare scheduled, as well as the usual production, collections and treatment presented. The insurance coordinator has updated daily information on claims to be followed up on, and claims sent and unsent, as well as receivables and aging. The treatment coordinators have appointments set, follow-ups needed and numbers of reappointed patients, as well as patients who left without scheduling and treatment scheduled from the patients’ visits.
This information is located on an easy-to-read, color-coded dashboard! It is visible for the entire team to see and work together to make sure we are maximizing treatment and production opportunities.
I highly recommend using Dental Intelligence to increase patient satisfaction due to timely follow-up and your bottom line due to a well-run practice.
